Sherry Mohr is a nationally certified personal trainer with over 35 years of experience. A former NPC bodybuilder, she took 1st place in her very first competition. Among her numerous qualifications, Sherry is also a certified cancer exercise specialist, working with clients undergoing treatment or in remission, as well as with special populations, including seniors, individuals with TIA, MAC, autoimmune conditions, developmental disabilities, and those in rehabilitation.

Personal training is a collaborative partnership. As your personal trainer, I take on the responsibility of preparing and planning each session, while also providing guidance, support and education. My clients come ready to tackle challenges with a 'let's get it done - can do' attitude.


Educating my clients in theory and practice are key. A client who understands why, not just how they're training makes a difference in how they approach their training. 

 

Everyone has a unique learning style and motivational preference. Some clients want to understand the science behind all movements, while others want to jump right in. Both approaches are welcome.

Regular exercise and balanced nutrition are crucial for our well-being. We  have only one body, and there are no substitutes. By prioritizing fitness, you gain a significant advantage, leading to a  stronger, healthier body life!

If you need with assistance with meal prep, I'm happy to connect you with Chef Michael Blackburn, who crafts delicious, lean & healthy meals for my personal training clients. Additionally, I offer nutritional guidance to compliment your fitness journey.

Chef Michael Blackburn has over 35 years of experience in the kitchen and received his professional training at the Culinary Institute of America in New York City.

​

Throughout his career, Chef Blackburn has worked in restaurants, catering, private chef work, corporate dining, and some teaching in and around New York City.
