I knew weight training was important to keep my body fit and healthy as I aged. I just didn't know where or how to get started. I started training with Sherry in February 2007. She has taught me proper form, explained why we do what we do, how I benefit from each exercise as well as proper nutrition. I've always tried to eat clean but there was alot I was missing.
Through the years Sherry has always kept me motivated by consistently introducing new exercises to each work-out so I'm never be bored.
Having a trainer has also kept me accountable so I can reach my fitness goals. Sherry's knowledge and dedication to my success has truly changed my life!
